Role & Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
  • Own and drive the entire sales strategy for both digital marketing and web development services
  • Lead a dedicated sales team while working closely with our specialized departments
  • Develop strategic proposals combining web development and digital marketing solutions
  • Create and execute innovative sales strategies to capture enterprise-level opportunities
  • Collaborate with our expert teams to craft winning solutions for clients
Marketing & Lead Generation
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to generate a minimum of 60 qualified leads per month
  • Design and implement EDM (Email Direct Marketing) campaigns to nurture prospects and drive conversions
  • Oversee and optimize SEO performance across company and client digital properties to enhance organic visibility
  • Oversee and evaluate SEM performance to maximize ROI on paid advertising campaigns
  • Collaborate with Creative Design and Content teams to ensure marketing collateral aligns with brand positioning and sales objectives
  • Track, analyse and report on marketing metrics and lead generation effectiveness
Required Experience & Skills
  • 5+ years in technology sales, with preference for digital marketing and web development experience
  • Strong understanding of both digital marketing (SEO, SEM, Social) and web development landscapes
  • Experience in solution selling and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Leadership experience in building and mentoring high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent PowerPoint presentation skills with ability to create compelling, professional decks for client pitches and internal strategy sessions
  • In-depth knowledge of Web Development and Digital Marketing services, trends, and best practices
  • Demonstrated experience in lead generation and marketing campaign management
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret SEO/SEM data and translate insights into actionable strategies
