  • Promote safe and effective use of pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.
  • Carry out promotional plan to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives of the company.
  • Expand target customer base by securing new customer accounts or new product users.
  • Build strong rapport and maintain continued support from existing accounts.
  • Plan, implement and execute marketing activities including organizing CME talks.
  • Develop promotional materials.
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor information on a regular basis.
