Job summary

A recruitment advisory firm is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to promote products in the construction industry. The ideal candidate would have sales experience and knowledge of building materials. Responsibilities include managing key accounts, providing after-sales support, and developing customer relationships to drive sales. Qualifications

Sales & Marketing Executive (Indoor)

Working Days: 5 Days, Mon to Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Working Locations: Near Bukit Batok MRT

Salary Range: $3,000 - $5,000

Job Scopes:

  • To market and promote range of products, as well as to create awareness of the company and its products & services to key clientele in the industry involving contractors and consultants.
  • To follow up on key projects earmarked from concept to completion with emphasis on quality and commensurate returns on investment in time and revenue
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with customers and maximize opportunities generating sales
  • Manage key account customers, monitor sales targets, and generate new opportunities through supporting the customer’s needs in terms of sales and technical aspects
  • Identifies product improvements or new products and/or technologies by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Provide quality technical consultative service and generate specification documents to Architects, Façade Consultants, and Contractors by establishing and enforcing organization standards
  • Provide after-sales service, resolve issues, problem-solving and handle complaints in a timely manner
  • To secure projects which contribute positively to the company’s revenue and profits
  • Construction industry with marble / granite / tiles knowledge and relevant experience are highly preferred.

Requirements:

  • Ideal candidates must have relevant sales & marketing experience in construction or building materials related industry
  • Experience in liaising with Designer, Contractor and Suppliers is preferred.
  • Diploma or Degree in business related background
