Job summary

A leading HR advisory company in Singapore is looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to promote a range of products in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in a business-related field and experience in sales coordination. Responsibilities include managing relationships with clients and contractors, providing technical support, and ensuring project success. A competitive salary package is offered.

Qualifications

  • Relevant sales experience in interior design or sales & marketing coordination related to building materials is a must.
  • Experience in liaising with designers, contractors, and suppliers.

Responsibilities

  • Market and promote products to key clientele in the construction industry.
  • Follow up on key projects from concept to completion.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with customers.
  • Manage key account customers and monitor sales targets.
  • Identify product improvements based on industry trends.
  • Provide quality technical consultative service.
  • Resolve issues and handle complaints promptly.

Sales & Marketing Executive (Indoor Sales)

Salary Range: $3,000 - $4,500 + AWS + VB

Working Days: Mon to Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Working Location: Near Bukit Batok MRT

Job Scopes
  • To market and promote range of products, as well as to create awareness of the company and its products & services to key clientele in the industry involving contractors and consultants.
  • To follow up on key projects earmarked from concept to completion with emphasis on quality and commensurate returns on investment in time and revenue
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with customers and maximize opportunities generating sales
  • Manage key account customers, monitor sales targets, and generate new opportunities through supporting the customer’s needs in terms of sales and technical aspects
  • Identifies product improvements or new products and/or technologies by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Provide quality technical consultative service and generate specification documents to Architects, Façade Consultants, and Contractors by establishing and enforcing organization standards
  • Provide after-sales service, resolve issues, problem-solving and handle complaints in a timely manner
  • To secure projects which contribute positively to the company’s revenue and profits
  • Construction industry with marble / granite / tiles knowledge and relevant experience are highly preferred.
  • Diploma or Degree in business related background are required for this post.
Requirements
  • Must have relevant sales interior designer or sales & marketing coordinator related to building materials.
  • Must experience in liaising with Designer, Contractor and Suppliers.
