A leading retail company in Singapore seeks an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to supervise daily activities and assist in promotion planning. Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Supervise the day-to-day sales and marketing activities of all the outlets.
  • Know very well for Garments all the souvenir items.
  • Assist in promotion planning: know what promotion works and be able to plan for a full-year calendar of eCommerce and retail shop events and activities to enhance the shopper experience and achieve sales targets.
  • Work closely with the team to drive sales to meet monthly/quarterly target.
  • Source for marketing partnerships with external parties for collaborations, vendor management, including liaison of PR, managing of outreach seeding programs to KOLs and our membership members.
  • Assist in marketing tasks such as Brand and Awareness, building relationship with our key customers.
  • Provide feedback to team on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings.
  • Monitor corporate image frequently and ensure it is in compliance with company brand.
  • Other adhoc duties assigned.
  • Ensure efficient handling, storage, and distribution of goods.
  • Develop and enforce SOPs for wholesale operations to ensure safety and compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in sales & marketing management, including experience with grocery and all the vegetables items
  • Strong knowledge of SOPs, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Experience in budgeting, costing, capex/opex management, and financial reporting.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams effectively.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory and financial reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
