Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the company’s range of electronic components and semiconductor products.
- Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities to increase market share.
- Liaise and maintain strong working relationships with agents, distributors, and trading partners to ensure smooth business operations.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product proposals, and quotations to customers and partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business development initiatives.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., logistics, finance, technical support) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, industry events, and exhibitions to enhance brand presence.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements
- Prior working experience in the electronics components within the semiconductor industry is essential.
- Proven experience in liaising with agents and trading partners.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain business relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Ability to travel when required.
