Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the company’s range of electronic components and semiconductor products.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities to increase market share.
  • Liaise and maintain strong working relationships with agents, distributors, and trading partners to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product proposals, and quotations to customers and partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business development initiatives.
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., logistics, finance, technical support) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, industry events, and exhibitions to enhance brand presence.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements
  • Prior working experience in the electronics components within the semiconductor industry is essential.
  • Proven experience in liaising with agents and trading partners.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain business relationships.
