Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Account Management:
    Manage and expand the customer base within the semiconductor and electronic components market, including OEMs, EMS providers, and independent distributors.
  • Portfolio Management:
    Oversee a diverse product portfolio of semiconductor and electronic components, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and market trends.
  • Channel & Partner Relations:
    Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with regional agents, global trading partners, and key stakeholders to drive business growth and ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Marketing & Business Development:
    Identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with engineering, procurement, and R&D teams to understand technical requirements, propose tailored component solutions, and support new product introductions.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence reports to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
