Sales & Marketing Executive

5 Days, Mon to Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Near Bukit Batok MRT, Singapore

Salary Range: $3,000 - $4,500 [no comm, indoor sales role]
14 Days AL + 16 Days MC + AWS + VB [depends on company's performance]

Company Profile: Company specializes in stone and tile products [sub-contractor] to construction projects. The current Marketing team, with one marketing director and one senior executive, is seeking an additional headcount to support the team.

Requirements:

  • Ideal candidates must have relevant sales experience as an interior designer or sales and marketing coordinator related to building materials.
  • Must have experience liaising with designers, contractors, and suppliers.

Job Scopes:

  1. To market and promote a range of products and create awareness of the company and its products and services to key clientele in the industry, involving contractors and consultants.
  2. To follow up on key projects from concept to completion, with an emphasis on quality and commensurate returns on investment in time and revenue.
  3. Develop and maintain good relationships with customers and maximize opportunities to generate sales.
  4. Manage key account customers, monitor sales targets, and generate new opportunities by supporting customers' needs in terms of sales and technical aspects.
  5. Identify product improvements or new products and/or technologies by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  6. Provide quality technical consultative services and generate specification documents to architects, façade consultants, and contractors by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
  7. Provide after-sales service, resolve issues, and handle complaints in a timely manner.
  8. To secure projects that contribute positively to the company's revenue and profits.
  9. Construction industry experience with marble, granite, or tiles knowledge and relevant experience are highly preferred.
  10. A diploma or degree in a business-related background is required for this post.
  11. This headcount is open for sales and marketing executive, senior, or assistant marketing manager, depending on years of experience.
