The Sales & Marketing Executive will play a key role in supporting day-to-day marketing operations. You will assist in digital campaigns, content creation, social media management, events coordination, and marketing analytics. Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring online marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn. Support SEO, SEM, and email marketing activities.
Create and schedule engaging content for social media, newsletters, and the company website. Collaborate with designers, writers, and external vendors to produce marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, posters, videos).
Maintain and grow company presence across social media platforms. Track engagement metrics and generate performance reports.
Take charge of event operations, including setting up booths, selling products, providing excellent customer service, and representing the company brand effectively. Coordinate event logistics, branding materials, and on-site marketing efforts to maximize exposure and sales.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities.
Conduct customer visits to introduce product samples, follow up on leads, and nurture client relationships. Build and maintain strong rapport with customers to understand their needs, present suitable solutions, and support sales conversions.
