Summary
The Sales & Marketing Assistant supports the execution of the brand’smarketing, communications, and sales initiatives across digital, PR, retail, and B2B channels.
This role bridges strategy and execution such as coordinating campaigns, managing social media and influencer partnerships, supporting retail activations, and assisting in B2B client development.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about building brand visibility and customer engagement in Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing & Communication
- Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital, PR, and retail channels.
- Coordinate with external partners (PR agencies, influencers, media, event vendors) to ensure timely and quality execution.
- Draft and distribute press releases, newsletters, and marketing materials in alignment with brand tone and visual identity.
- Assist in maintaining media and influencer databases, tracking outreach and campaign results.
- Prepare reports on marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and competitor activities.
2. Digital & Social Media
- Manage day-to-day social media content scheduling, posting, and community engagement across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Support the creation of content calendars and collaborate on visuals, copywriting, and storytelling aligned with seasonal campaigns.
- Track and analyze digital performance, providing recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations — from outreach and briefing to content approvals and post-campaign reporting.
3. Retail & Customer Experience
- Support in-store activations, events, and product launches in collaboration with retail teams.
- Assist with the coordination of visual merchandising updates and marketing collateral distribution.
- Gather customer feedback, prepare post-activation summaries, and propose improvements for future campaigns.
- Support CRM activities including email marketing, loyalty programs, and clienteling initiatives.
4. Sales B2B Support
- Assist in identifying and developing B2B opportunities (corporate gifting, hospitality partnerships, workshops).
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and client communication materials.
- Coordinate order processing, sample requests, and delivery logistics with operations teams.
- Maintain records of client interactions, leads, and sales performance data.
5. Administration & Reporting
- Track marketing budgets, invoices, and timelines to support efficient campaign management.
- Maintain internal marketing folders, creative assets, and brand documentation.
- Compile weekly and monthly marketing and sales performance reports.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience (internship or assistant-level in marketing, PR, or retail preferred).
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in social media management and basic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Express).
- Comfortable with data reporting and using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or Mailchimp.
- Passion for lifestyle, fragrance, or retail brands is a plus.
