The job involves identifying new products to sell, promoting the products the company is selling, determining which products are moving fast and slow moving and how to increase sales and improve sales performance. The incumbent must also have the ability to contribute information on product development to improve product performance to his supervisor /CEO.

We are also selling new home appliance brand that is looking to develop in Singapore and in Southeast Asia markets. We are looking for an executive with a startup mindset i.e. somebody who can multitask and has insanely good communication skills to enable smooth operational workflow.

The incumbent must also do a sales forecast and provide data on the types and quantity of products to purchase based on market analysis.

Other job functions include:

  1. Analyse our online web traffic, propose ways to increase web traffic, increase conversion rates and increase e-comm sales.
  2. Assist in Developing creatives in the form of short-form and long-form videos and graphics for social media, website and ecommerce pages.
  3. Coordinate social media livestreaming activities with KOLs and facilitate in house livestreaming activities.
  4. Keep track of orders, ensure all items per sales orders are shipped and follow up on each order to ensure order is received by customers and reception by customer documented. Perform any service recovery operations if necessary.
  5. Create sales and marketing report for weekly and monthly meetings to enable team to analyse gaps and optimize ad spend.
  6. Daily attend to all enquiries on various channels, respond promptly and take whatever action needed to close off the enquiry.
  7. Find new and innovative ways of marketing on social media platforms and e-commerce platforms to generate more business by scanning different platforms to analyze social media trends
  8. Any other ad-hoc marketing projects assigned including but not limited to website maintenance, e-commerce page maintenance, helpdesk maintenance etc.
