Liaise with customers and external departments on deliveries

Attend to customer enquiries, Process Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Delivery Order

Respond to and handle customer details and phone call

Proefficiency includes knowledge of office software and online resources, as well as fundamental computer operations and internet usage

Sales and business development

Promote and sell company products to new customer

Understood customers needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements

Market research and analysis

Sales targets, KPI (With Commission) and reporting to the company
