The opportunity

As our Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base across the East Region. This full‑time position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales and marketing expertise to promote our industry‑leading, one‑stop passive fire protection solutions to new and prospective clients.

Key responsibilities
  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long‑term partnerships.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up promptly, and ensure smooth coordination throughout the sales process.
  • Negotiate and close deals effectively while handling customer feedback, complaints, and objections professionally.
  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for improved results.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments in accordance with agreed schedules.
  • Continuously enhance product and technical knowledge to better serve customers and support sales activities.
What we're looking for
  • Minimum Diploma qualification or at least 3 years of relevant experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably within the construction or building materials industry.
  • Experience working with architects, consultants, or contractors will be an added advantage.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Energetic, goal‑driven, and eager to learn.
  • Willing to acquire technical knowledge related to company products.
  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English.
