As a Sales & Marketing Executive, your primary focus will be to enhance our brand presence within the industry. Success in this role will be demonstrated through identifying new market opportunities, optimizing marketing campaigns and lead generation through cohesive and impactful brand messaging.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Be part of the creative team in ideation, planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Develop outreach programs to increase interaction with prospective clients.
- Strategize, monitor and manage all digital assets to grow brand awareness and improve customer experience.
- Generate prospective leads for the sales team to funnel through the sales pipeline.
- Maintain and grow organisation partnership and collaborations.
- Analyzing weekly marketing performance and social media metrics with tracking systems to determine efficacy and areas for improvement.
- Redesign product marketing strategies that addresses client's painpoints.
- Responsible for through-the-line activities such as print advertisements, social and digital media platforms, web updates and email marketing
- Any other adhoc duties and responsibilities as and when assigned
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Sales Revenue: Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, or annual sales quotas.
- Customer Acquisition: Number of new clients or new leads generated.
- Conversion Rate: Percentage of leads that convert into paying customers.
- Customer Retention/Loyalty: Rate at which clients are retained over time.
- Average Deal Size: The average revenue generated per closed deal.
- Sales Cycle Length: The average time it takes to close a sale from initial contact to closing.
- Client Satisfaction: Measured through feedback or customer satisfaction scores.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Marketing, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Knowledge and experience in product marketing will be an added advantage.
- Enjoys brainstorming and developing ideas through to completion.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting under tight deadlines with strong project and time-management skills and minimum supervision
- Ability to create simple graphics (aesthetic FB/IG stories) and an eye for design will be an advantage.
