Job summary

A food processing company in Singapore is looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant to support the sales team with various administrative tasks, maintain sales records, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have at least a Diploma or ‘O’ level qualification and possess strong communication and negotiation skills. This role involves handling customer inquiries, scheduling sales events, and performing ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks (eg. preparing quotations, processing orders)
  • Maintain and update sales records, customer databases.
  • Liaise between internal departments to ensure order fulfillment
  • Handling customers inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Coordinating with operation staff to ensure timely delivery of customers’ orders
  • Prepare reports for management on sales results, sales pipelines and account information
  • Source & compare buying material for operation & exhibition /event
  • Handle & schedule in sales promotional events & campaign
  • Other ad-hoc duties when assigned (eg. CNY Factory Sales)

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma / ‘O’ level qualification
  • Proactive, passion to drive sales and to achieve targets
  • Good negotiating and communication skills
  • Independent, detail-oriented with ability to multi-task
