Sales & Marketing, Senior Executive (FMCG- Modern Trade)
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute go-to-market, sales, and customer strategies for Modern Trade accounts to achieve business goals.
- Lead joint business planning, manage negotiations, and conduct regular business reviews with customers.
- Monitor 5P execution (availability, pricing, shelf share) and resolve issues promptly; prepare performance reports and improvement plans.
- Analyze sales trends, forecast margins, and recommend process improvements; collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient execution.
- Build strong customer relationships, drive product penetration and promotions, and support marketing initiatives including new product listings and BTL activities.
Job Requirements:
- Proven selling skills and key account management experience in FMCG.
- Broad understanding of supplier and customer relationship management, including supply chain, marketing, and branding.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data analysis.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
