A fast-growing gym and fitness brand in Singapore is hiring for two positions: Admin and Sales & Marketing Assistant. The ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, service awareness, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities include maintaining membership systems, client engagement, and promoting the gym on social media. Competitive salaries are offered, with opportunities for growth.
Location: Farrer Park MRT
Working Hours: 5.5 days per week
Full Day: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Half Day: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
We are assisting our client, a fast-growing gym and fitness brand, to hire the following positions. If you are passionate about fitness, social media, and client engagement, this role is for you!
Admin - Probation period: S$2,800/month | Confirmation: S$3,100/month
Sales & Marketing Assistant - During Probation: SGD 2,500/month | Confirmation: SGD 2,800/month + Sales Commission
Maintain membership system, including payment system.
Monitor customer reservations and attendance, prepare routine reports, file documents and other daily administrative/operational matters.
Understand membership packages and recommend suitable services to potential members.
Supervise all aspects of gym operations.
Monitor CCTV in a timely manner and take appropriate actions immediately in emergency situations to ensure customer safety.
Perform and supervise front desk, customer service and other general office activities
Arrange coaching courses and check with coaches on the course schedule and salary payment for the month.
Check the company's financial records and submit them to the secretarial company
Assist the director to complete various tasks in work and personal affairs.
Responsible for taking photos and short promotional videos for social media content
Maintain and update social media platforms to increase brand exposure and customer engagement
Plan and execute simple online marketing campaigns to promote gym packages and classes
Assist with administrative tasks when necessary, such as managing the membership system and front desk duties
Support daily gym environment management and ensure smooth operations
Monitor client bookings and attendance records
Understand membership packages and recommend suitable options to potential clients
Schedule training sessions and coordinate with coaches on monthly class arrangements; assist in contract preparation
Handle other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong service awareness, and good management record
Ability to present information and data in a consistent, organized and accurate manner
Ability to work in a self-directed, organized manner, with strong leadership skills
Ability to adapt and work under pressure, quick thinking, able to solve problems and complete tasks on time.
Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time, proactive.
