Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in the interior design industry (commercial office fit out). This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the BD Director in strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business leads through various marketing strategies and networking opportunities.
  • Secure meetings with clients or consultants, deliver compelling presentations, and introduce the company’s products and services.
  • Provide continuous support to clients from initial engagement through to project completion.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and budgets independently.
  • Coordinate with technical and design departments to deliver tailored proposals that meet client requirements.
  • Manage the full tender process: sourcing, costing, pricing strategies, and timely submissions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of quotations or tenders in line with client/consultant timelines.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends relevant to the company’s offerings.
  • Cultivate and manage strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably within the commercial office interior design and fit-out industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
