The System Sales Manager is responsible for leading sales initiatives for advanced intralogistics systems, including automated storage and retrieval solutions. This role focuses on developing sales strategies, managing the full sales cycle, and expanding market share within Singapore’s logistics and automation industry.
You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish strong client relationships, and deliver customized solutions that meet operational needs. The role involves conducting solution presentations, technical discussions, and product demonstrations to effectively communicate system value and performance. Collaboration with internal engineering, solution design, and project teams is essential to ensure accurate proposals and successful project delivery. You will also be responsible for contract negotiations, deal closure, and maintaining long-term partnerships with key accounts.
The ideal candidate possesses a solid understanding of warehouse automation, material handling systems, and logistics processes, combined with strong communication and negotiation skills. This position requires an independent and proactive professional capable of working effectively within a cross-functional and global team environment.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals for intralogistics systems and automation solutions.
Identify potential clients and nurture long-term business relationships to expand market reach.
Conduct solution-based presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and customized system designs.
Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to contract finalization.
Stay informed on market trends, competitor products, and industry innovations.
Represent the company at trade exhibitions, conferences, and industry networking events.
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in intralogistics, material handling, or automation solutions.
Proven success in solution selling and achieving sales targets.
Strong knowledge of warehouse automation and logistics systems.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
