Main roles and responsibilities for Montigo Resorts, Nongsa

The appointed professional serves as a representative of the organization, showcasing the Resort's villas, products, and services in a polished and professional manner. They are responsible for driving revenue and securing bookings through direct sales and effective relationship management, ensuring all client inquiries and reservations are handled proactively to surpass guest expectations.

Additionally, they oversee corporate account management in Singapore by identifying potential clients, evaluating opportunities, and promoting the Resort's Villas and Meeting Spaces.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution and guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve corporate sales targets.
  • Ensure all client enquiries and bookings are managed in a proactive manner that exceeds guest expectations.
  • Implement sales action plans related to respective market(s) and account portfolio.
  • Participate in weekly revenue and sales meetings, as well as account reviews with the Director of Sales & Marketing, to discuss strategies for achieving established targets.
  • Prepare and organize marketing proposals and activities.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals to potential clients.
  • Prospects and develops new business continuously through customer interaction or research.
  • Regularly review account portfolios, analyze performance, and present findings to Director of Sales & Marketing for action planning.
  • Responsible for driving revenue and securing bookings for the Resort through direct sales and relationship management.
  • Responsible for implementing sales activities to maximize business opportunities and revenues in their specific area of responsibility to exceed the segment goals for the Resort.
  • Responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and negotiating sales contracts.
  • Understand factors that affect the market, inform management accordingly and develop solutions.
  • Weekly update of sales activities and other sales reports as needed.
