A leading property management firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Key Executive Officer (KEO) to lead a dynamic sales team. This role involves strategic sales leadership, ensuring regulatory compliance, and achieving high occupancy rates. The ideal candidate has a valid RES license and at least 3 years of sales experience, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
We are seeking an experienced and professionalSales Manager – Key Executive Officer (KEO)to lead our dynamic dormitory sales team. A strategic pivotal role that combines strategic sales leadership with regulatory oversight, ensuring high occupancy rates, optimal rental yields, and full compliance with industry standards.
1. Leadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate the dormitory sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance team capabilities.
Provide strategic direction and hands-on supervision to ensure alignment with company goals.
2. Regulatory Compliance & Licensing
Ensure full compliance with the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) regulations and industry standards.
Serve as the primary liaison with CEA, managing all regulatory communications and updates.
Oversee the annual renewal of the Estate Agency licence and individual salesperson licences.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submissions to regulatory bodies.
3. Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive occupancy and rental rate growth.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
Manage relationships with tenants, vendors, and partners to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Monitor performance metrics and adjust tactics to optimize results.
Minimum 4 GCE 'O' Level passes or equivalent with at least3 yearsof experience a salesperson
Possess a valid Real Estate Salesperson (RES) license
Qualify as a Key Executive Officer (KEO) under Singapore's Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) regulations.
Strong understanding of the regulations and work closely with the team to ensure all sales activities are compliant.
Full compliance with CPF Board requirements.
No conflicts of interest with responsibilities as a KEO.
Not holding or associated with a moneylender’s licence.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record in sales strategy and execution.
Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and estate agency operations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
