=Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments globally.
  • Convert qualified leads into long-term customers through consultative selling and relationship management.
  • Formulate and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence and revenue growth.
  • Lead negotiations and secure new contracts with clients and agents.
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams and external representatives to drive profitable results.
  • Align with marketing and product teams to support brand initiatives and promotional campaigns.
  • Set clear performance goals and work with the wider team to achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Maintain strict adherence to company sales policies and reporting procedures.
  • Keep all client data and sales activity up to date within CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Manage client contracts and ensure compliance with agreed terms, including payment and credit policies.
  • Coordinate with the Finance and Credit departments to monitor outstanding accounts and manage credit exposure.
  • Support campaign rollouts and ensure timely follow-up on offers and promotions.
  • Take proactive measures to ensure that all clients operate within approved credit limits and policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Maritime Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of proven international sales experience, preferably within the marine or fuel testing industries.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and sustain client relationships across different regions.
  • Self-driven professional capable of planning and executing work independently.
  • Ambitious mindset with a focus on results and business growth.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
