Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth by generating revenue from existing and new customers across targeted markets. Manage all direct sales channels and bid activities to meet business objectives.
  • Provide key customer insights to the Product team to improve understanding of client needs and market trends.
  • Engage with clients to promote and sell company products, achieve sales goals, develop new opportunities, and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to support revenue growth, retention, and new business development.
  • Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring open communication and identifying areas where the company can add value.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, ask insightful questions, and address client concerns effectively.
  • Represent the company at meetings and industry events to enhance visibility, gather market intelligence, and strengthen brand reputation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions and proposals that align with client requirements, and negotiate within approved terms.
  • Act as a customer advocate within the organization to ensure satisfaction and alignment with business goals.
Requirements
