A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Manager to identify business opportunities and generate sales from key accounts. Responsibilities
  • Identify business opportunities and generate profitable sales from new and existing key accounts

  • Develops plans to ensure revenue growth in company’s products.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve set sales objectives with support from other departments

  • Responsible for realizing annual sales/business targets

  • Prospecting for potential opportunities and ensure follow up efforts from the team to clinch the sales

  • Present job proposals to key customers and lead commercial negotiation with key customers

  • Active involvement in Company’s marketing efforts

  • Establish and maintain good professional relationship with key accounts and critical personal at customers to ensure customer satisfaction and business expansion

  • Facilitate in resolving service issues with the customer as appropriate and requested

  • Build, develop and manage sales team to support sales strategies.

  • Develop and implement all sales policies, practices and internal sales procedures to drive service excellence

  • Oversee coordination with relevant departments on meeting customers’ requirements and feedback

  • Continuously work with other internal stakeholders in the areas of new account sales development and sales growth

Requirements
  • Diploma majoring in supply chain / logistics / transportation management / sales and marketing

  • Minimum 5 years industry experience and business development or managerial and/or customer relationship management experience.

  • Knowledge in freight forwarding, supply chain solutions will be added advantage

  • Strong organizational, business writing and negotiation skills

  • Strong leadership qualities and motivation skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
