The ideal candidate has a minimum of O' level qualification and at least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in home interior design. Responsibilities include client interaction, market research, and visiting clients. The role offers a competitive salary of SGD3,500 - 4,000, plus a 5% commission on sales and 14 days of annual leave.

Overview

We are looking for a passionate Sales Manager who is looking for an exciting new role in a fast paced and ambitious growing firm.

Responsibilities
  • Client outreach, industry research, competitor analysis, indepth competitive advantage review
  • Gather customer and market insights from current in-house marketing tools and external agencies’ reports to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified lead.
  • handle text messages, customer service, product explanation.
  • Need to visit and approach interior designers and contractors and home owners.
  • Need to perform hunting and follow up work.
Requirements
  • Minimum O' level or above
  • At least 3 years of solid experience in similiar scope
  • Candidates with home interior design experience will have added advantage.
  • Technical skills in Microsoft Office – Words, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good people management skills, excellent communication
  • Sales and detail-oriented
  • Good team player
  • Good business acument
  • Ability to work on weekends, and holidays (6 Days work week).
  • Sometime conversation with client may be after working hours.

INDICATIVE REMUNERATION AND PERKS
