A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Sales Manager for the public sector to design and execute sales strategies, manage client relationships, and ensure client satisfaction. This position requires at least NITEC and 2 years of sales experience in ICT or enterprise software.   • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Position: Sales Manager (Public Sector/ Regional Markets)
  • Location: West
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours
  • Salary Package: Up to $5,000 + Commission + Transport Allowance + Bonus
Job Responsibilities
  • Design and execute sales strategies to expand market share in government/public sector or multi-region markets.
  • Identify, prospect, and nurture relationships with institutional and corporate clients.
  • Lead negotiations, presentations, and product demonstrations for complex technology solutions.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client requirements to refine sales approaches.
  • Partner with engineering, product, and marketing teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance reports for senior leadership.
  • Oversee budget allocation for regional/government sales operations, ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Research emerging technologies and untapped market opportunities.
  • Ensure post-sale client satisfaction through follow-ups and proactive support.
Job Requirements
  • At least NITEC with minimum 2 years of sales experience within ICT, AV, or enterprise software industry, preferably with exposure to public sector/ government agencies.
  • Willing to travel as and when needed.
