About The Job

We are looking for a technically proficient, business‑driven Sales Manager to lead our offshore after‑service sales activities. In this position, you will report directly to the Manager of Global Service Sales.

Job Description
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the business plan for offshore service sales activities.
  • Proactively drive business growth by leading targeted sales initiatives that strengthen customer loyalty and satisfaction through strategic engagement and tailored solutions. Key activities include identifying market potential, developing effective pricing strategies, and placing a strong emphasis on customer visits.
  • Actively support and propel Alfa Laval local entities and agents to accelerate sales growth.
  • Lead the development of upgrades, retrofits, repairs, spare parts solutions, and long‑term service agreements.
What You Know
  • Engineering Degree or equivalent qualification, complemented by strong technical sales skills, preferably within the boiler and combustion field.
  • Sales experience in the marine, offshore, or oil and gas industries will be highly valued.
  • Strong communication skills in English are essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an effective team player.
  • A structured and organized approach is essential, complemented by adaptability and a readiness to travel in a fast‑paced, international environment.
