Key Responsibilities

1. Support Sales Operations: Handle customer inquiries, create accurate quotations, and process orders efficiently.

2. Consult with Customers: Address customer queries promptly and precisely, providing advice and consistent communication across multiple channels.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments and external partners to deliver a seamless, high-quality service experience.

4. Adaptable and Tech-savvy: Operate state-of-the-art software for efficient processing of orders.

5. No Cold Calling/Customer Hunting: Focus on incoming leads and relationship building without the need to cold call or do outdoor sales.

Working Hours & Location

  • Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM + SAT 9:00am-1:00pm (WFH)
  • Nearest MRT: Admiralty/Sembawang
