Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and market share objectives for the Singapore market.

  • Identify and prioritize key customer segments, including bakeries, F&B chains, distributors, hotels, and gelato shops.

  • Engage and convert new customers through effective lead generation and relationship building.

  • Expand and deepen existing customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams on tailored promotions, product launches, and campaigns.

  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their unique needs and challenges.

  • Provide expert product knowledge and consultation regarding bakery, gelato, and food service solutions.

  • Manage customer feedback effectively and address any issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.

  • Partner with clients' R&D teams to create new menu items and bespoke ingredient formulations for seasonal launches.

  • Conduct live demonstrations with technical chefs to showcase ingredient applications.

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing in the Singapore food market to refine strategies and capitalize on opportunities.

  • Manage stock forecasting and ensure accuracy in sales documentation, quotations, and contract negotiations.

  • Represent the organization at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.

Requirements:
