Job Responsibilities
  • Identify new sales opportunities for aesthetic/medical equipment, consumables, and skincare products.
  • Conduct product and clinical demonstrations for dermatologists, aestheticians, and plastic surgeons (onsite and virtual).
  • Highlight unique product features and scientific benefits in sales presentations.
  • Analyze competitor products and provide market intelligence to support sales strategies.
  • Support and train team members on product knowledge and demonstration techniques.
  • Stay updated on advancements in aesthetic science, technology, and treatment trends.
  • Manage and grow the sales funnel through customer interactions and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand visibility at conferences, webinars, and trade shows.
  • Assist in planning event participation and promotional activities.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Education & Skills
  • Minimum a degree /diploma in related field (Medical/ Science/ Clinical/Nursing/Aesthetic)
  • Manager role minimum of 5+ years experience in healthcare/aesthetic industry, with a strong clinical background.
  • Business Development Skills: The ideal candidate should be capable of conquering new clinics & develop business plans with rising key accounts.
  • Scientific Knowledge: Candidates should possess a strong foundation in scientific knowledge, including understanding skin physio-pathologies, Aesthetic procedures, and the broader medical environment.
  • Strong communication skills and experience delivering Clinical presentations and demonstrations.
  • Exceptional sales skills, result oriented and the ability to demonstrate product features using related medical terminology.
  • Demonstrable ability to work in fast-paced environment and independently.
