Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our automotive sales team. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring operational excellence. You will be responsible for team leadership, performance management, customer satisfaction, and strategic collaboration across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to maximize performance.
- Monitor sales funnel (leads, appointments, test drives, closures) and drive conversion improvements.
- Team Management & Development
- Recruit, coach, and mentor sales staff to ensure professionalism and productivity.
- Set performance KPIs, conduct regular reviews, and enforce accountability.
- Foster a customer-first culture within the team.
- Customer Engagement & Business Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail, corporate, and fleet customers.
- Identify and develop new sales channels, partnerships, and corporate programs.
- Oversee showroom activities, events, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Operational Excellence
- Collaborate with marketing to design and execute campaigns that drive showroom traffic.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold brand standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, motivational, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Results-oriented with a strong business acumen and analytical mindset.
- Familiarity with EVs, sustainability trends, and the Singapore automotive market is a strong advantage.
