A leading consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced sales professional in the power generation sector. The role involves engaging with potential customers and key decision makers, conducting market analysis, and building strong pipelines from initiation to closure. Ideal candidates hold a degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and possess at least 8 years of relevant sales experience. Frequent travel is required.

Responsibilities:
  • Contacting potential customers, decision makers and target accounts for new business.
  • Analyzing market strategies, dealing with requirements and evaluating options.
  • Works with cross-functional team to persuade potential key accounts/customers.
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders, decision makers, influencers, and contractors.
  • Build pipelines with Sales, end customers through the sales stage till deal closure.
  • Ensure that data is updated and managed CRM and sales/project management system.
  • Establish budgetary forecasts, sales volume targets and assess level of involvement from distribution.
  • Provides project guidance for price and quotation strategy to distribution network.
  • Identifies qualification of strategic alliances to expand PS solutions, products, and services.
  • Provide front line marketing and technical support to distribution partners and dealers.
  • Analyze sales and market data to provide relevant information to senior management.
  • Promoting PS in trade events and associations.
  • Create technical papers for marketing collateral, trade journals and conferences.
  • Expert in Data Center power products and solutions for overall on-site power system design and integration.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with 8 years sales experience in power generation.
  • Able to present and negotiate with decision makers both internally and externally.
  • Able to travel frequently and work independently.
