A growing commodity trading company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to support business development and assist the Director in regional operations. The role entails managing sales coordination, contract execution, and accompanying the Director on business trips within Southeast Asia. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in sales or business development, with a preference for those familiar with commodities and fluency in both English and Mandarin.

Job Description

We are a growing commodity trading company specializing in non-ferrous metals, oil products, and chemical commodities. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to support business development and assist the Director in regional operations.

This role involves following up on sales orders, coordinating contracts, and accompanying the Director on business trips, mainly within Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Director in sales coordination and contract execution
• Follow up on sales orders, contracts, and client documentation
• Accompany the Director on business trips for meetings and contract signing
• Liaise with overseas clients and partners in English and Mandarin
• Support negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal follow-ups
• Coordinate internally with operations and relevant departments

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience
  • Experience in commodity trading, chemicals, oil products, or related industries is highly preferred
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
• Comfortable with frequent business travel, especially within Southeast Asia
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
• Able to work closely with senior management and handle confidential matters
• Prior experience in sales / trading / chemical industry is an advantage
