About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager to drive the growth of our client's data centre business in Singapore, with opportunities to expand across Southeast Asia.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the data centre ecosystem, working with both upstream partners (hardware vendors, infrastructure providers) and downstream clients (enterprise customers, cloud service providers).

You’ll play a key role in building client relationships, developing new business, and supporting strategic regional initiatives in collaboration with our headquarters and regional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of sales strategies to expand market presence in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key channel stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories or client segments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on goals, manage pipelines, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead client presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to support product development and regional growth strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Mentor and support junior sales team members to foster a high-performance culture.
Requirements
  • 5–10 years of sales experience in data centre, cloud, or IT infrastructure industries.
  • Strong network within the data centre ecosystem in Singapore or the region.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, client management, and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of data centre solutions, including colocation, cloud services, and interconnectivity.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, or related discipline (MBA preferred).
