Role Overview

Ergoworks seeks a dynamic and sales driven Sales Manager to join our team. This role will focus on growing corporate sales, help companies adopt ergonomic solutions that improve workplace wellness and productivity. The ideal candidate will be proactive, responsive, and capable of sourcing, building and nurturing long‑term relationships with corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Corporate Sales Growth (B2B): Develop and execute strategies to increase corporate sales and expand Ergoworks' client base in the B2B sector.
  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities by conducting market research, networking, cold outreach, and following up on leads.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to potential corporate clients.
  • Onboarding Corporate Partners: Identify potential corporate partners, present tailored ergonomic solutions, and manage the onboarding process to integrate them into our ecosystem.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build, foster, and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring long‑term partnerships and repeat business and business referrals.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Ensure a healthy sales pipeline by organizing sales activities and prioritizing key prospects and clients.
  • Market Trends & Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings and corporate wellness needs to tailor solutions that meet market demand.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with ongoing campaigns and product developments.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for growth.
Key Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in corporate wellness, office equipment, or ergonomic solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
