  • Overall in‑charge of retail branch operations, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day functioning.
  • Drive and monitor sales performance, ensuring monthly targets are consistently met.
  • Plan, schedule, and delegate staff duties to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure tyre and product availability across branches, minimizing shortages and delays.
  • Maintain high servicing standards in workshops, ensuring quality and safety compliance.
  • Address customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Uphold general cleanliness standards and implement safety measures to prevent workplace hazards.
  • Review purchases, invoices, and cash flow to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
  • Assign responsibilities effectively and monitor implementation to achieve operational goals.
  • Involvement in company event – stock take twice yearly and/or as and when directed.
