Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Management
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Build strong client relationships and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee coordination with technical and operations teams to ensure timely solution delivery.
  • Handle commercial discussions, contract execution, and customer follow-up.
  • Track key account metrics and manage project documentation, reports, and billings.
Market Development
  • Identify new leads and support proposal development, including responses to RFQs or public tenders.
  • Attend industry events and maintain awareness of trends in mobility, transit technology, and smart infrastructure.
  • Explore opportunities to expand solution offerings or co-develop customized products with clients.
  • Collaborate internally with product and engineering teams to align on technical feasibility and roadmap planning.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, ideally in a tech-related field.
  • Strong interest in public mobility, smart infrastructure, or city technologies.
  • Experience in fare collection, kiosk, access control, or POS solution providers
  • Exposure to transport system integration or devices such as terminals, industrial controllers, or embedded electronics.
  • Experience preparing bids, managing contracts, or supporting large-scale solution rollouts.
  • Regional experience, especially with overseas client accounts
  • Familiarity with both software and hardware solution lifecycles
  • Engineering or technical background (e.g., electrical, electronics, embedded systems)
