Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales growth and meet targets through effective leadership and management of the sales team
  • Analyze budgets, prepare annual budget plans, schedule expenditures, and ensure sales quotas and goals are consistently met
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans, marketing strategies, and communication plans
  • Generate new business leads and identify opportunities to expand market reach
  • Maintain and strengthen strong business relationships with existing customers
  • Identify potential partners and collaboration opportunities to enhance current operations
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activities to inform sales strategies
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and performance reports
  • Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and manage sales and marketing teams to meet HR and business objectives
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to evaluate projections and improve results
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties asassigned by management
