Key Responsibilities
- Lead client acquisition and relationship management efforts across digital asset and asset management products.
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients — including HNWI, family offices, and institutional investors — to grow the firm’s AUM and trading volume.
- Manage end-to-end sales process: from prospecting, pitching, and negotiation to onboarding and ongoing account servicing.
- Collaborate with internal teams (trading, operations, compliance, and marketing) to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery of solutions.
- Develop and maintain accurate CRM records, track client pipelines, and monitor sales performance metrics.
- Provide insights and feedback on market trends, client needs, and competitive intelligence to inform business strategy.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality client presentations, proposals, and customized product offerings.
- Represent HashKey Capital at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen the firm’s brand visibility and network.
- Mentor and support junior team members in sales operations, documentation, and client servicing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; postgraduate qualification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management, preferably within financial services, fintech, or digital assets.
- Proven track record in client acquisition, fundraising, or institutional sales.
- Strong understanding of financial products, investment processes, and/or digital asset markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior-level clients.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated; able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM platforms preferred.
