The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of meat products, excellent communication skills in English and Japanese, and experience in the hospitality food industry. Responsibilities include sales expansion, client consultation, market research, and coordination with production teams.
Sales and Business Development for Processed Meat Products
Promote and expand sales of processed meat products (beef and pork) mainly to restaurant clients across Singapore.
Develop strong relationships with restaurant owners, chefs, and purchasing managers to ensure consistent supply and satisfaction.
Utilize hands‑on experience in restaurant operations to provide practical suggestions from the client’s perspective.
Offer menu development proposals, portion control advice, and cost-efficiency recommendations to support each client’s success.
Monitor market trends, client feedback, and competitor activities to propose new product opportunities.
Collaborate with the Owner and Singapore management team to develop mid‑to‑long‑term sales strategies.
Work closely with Japan-based suppliers and Singapore operations to ensure timely and high‑quality product delivery.
Manage sales forecasts, stock levels, and order cycles efficiently.
