A leading LCD manufacturing company seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in Singapore. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing key customer accounts, and coordinating with teams to deliver customized LCD solutions. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of relevant sales experience, a strong understanding of LCD technologies, and excellent communication skills. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Electronics is required. Opportunities for travel may be available.
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our LCD manufacturing sales business. This role is responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key customer accounts, expanding market share, and coordinating closely with internal teams to deliver customized LCD display solutions to global customers.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets for LCD products (TFT, LCM, OLED, or custom displays).
Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets and industries (consumer electronics, industrial, automotive, medical, etc.).
Manage and maintain relationships with key customers, OEMs, ODMs, and distributors.
Lead the full sales cycle: customer inquiry, quotation, negotiation, contract signing, and order follow-up.
Coordinate with R&D, engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support product and pricing strategies.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports for management.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer visits to promote company products and capabilities.
Support after-sales activities and handle customer issues to ensure long-term satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
5+ years of sales experience in LCD manufacturing or display-related industries.
Strong understanding of LCD technologies, manufacturing processes, and cost structures.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally as required.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Experience working with global customers and long-term key accounts.
Familiarity with custom display solutions and project-based sales.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Leadership experience managing or mentoring junior sales staff.
