Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets for the Indonesia market.
- Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and market segments for tower crane sales and rental.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, documentation, and licensing requirements in Indonesia.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, distributors, and local agents.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements, project pipeline, and competitor activities.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma in Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in heavy equipment, preferably tower cranes or construction machinery.
- Strong network and understanding of Indonesia’s construction industry and regulatory environment.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and Chinese.
