Job summary

A leading heavy equipment company in Singapore is seeking a sales professional to develop and implement sales strategies for the Indonesia market. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in heavy equipment sales, ideally in tower cranes. Excellent communication skills, fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and Chinese, as well as a strong network in the construction industry are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in heavy equipment, preferably tower cranes or construction machinery.
  • Strong network and understanding of Indonesia’s construction industry and regulatory environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Indonesia.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets for the Indonesia market.
  • Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and market segments for tower crane sales and rental.
  • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, documentation, and licensing requirements in Indonesia.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, distributors, and local agents.
  • Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements, project pipeline, and competitor activities.
