Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies effective for achieving sales and marketing objectives.
- Provide coaching and counselling to sales and marketing staff.
- Oversee the interviewing, hiring, and training of sales and marketing recruits.
- Plan and coordinate campaigns for the marketing and sales of products/services.
- Prepare and submit sales and marketing budgets for management review.
- Establish sales targets and assign quotas to sales teams.
- Monitor and evaluate the activities of sales teams.
- Develop and implement action plans to enhance public perception.
- Oversee the design and publication of advertising materials.
- Conduct price negotiations with clients.
- Maintain contact with clients for post-sales services.
