A leading workforce solutions company is seeking a Sales Manager in Singapore. The successful candidate will identify and close leads from various sectors while recommending suitable refrigeration solutions. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing after-sales support. Applicants should have 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in commercial kitchen equipment, and possess strong negotiation and communication skills. Industry/ Organization Type: Commercial Refrigeration Equipment

Position Title: Sales Manager

Working Location: Ang Mo Kio

Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm)

Salary Package: Basic up to $3,500 + Commission + Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development & Sales: Identify and close leads from restaurants, hotels, supermarkets, and industrial kitchens.
  • Product Consultation: Recommend suitable commercial refrigeration solutions based on client needs (energy efficiency, capacity, space layout).
  • Achieve Targets: Plan and execute sales activities to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Contract Negotiation: Manage pricing discussions, prepare quotations, and close sales in line with company guidelines.
  • Client Relationship Management: Be the main contact for key existing clients, supporting high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • After-Sales Support: Coordinate with technical/service team to ensure smooth delivery, installation, and follow-up on service requests.
  • Feedback Loop: Collect customer feedback and market information to support product and service improvements.
  • Upselling: Identify opportunities to offer new models or maintenance plans to existing customers.
  • Reporting & Strategy: Analyze market trends and competitor activity; prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts for management.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience. Experience in commercial kitchen equipment, HORECA supplies, or HVAC/refrigeration preferred.
