Responsibilities
- Sales Activities: In accordance with the company's sales plan, implement the sales strategies for forklifts, aerial work platforms, and road construction equipment to achieve the sales targets.
- Customer Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform and adapt sales strategies effectively.
- Project Coordination: Participate in sales negotiations, tender processes, contract finalization, and project follow-up to ensure smooth execution.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with after‑sales, technical support, and logistics teams to deliver an efficient and professional customer experience.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, customer feedback updates, and market analysis to management.
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of relevant sales experience in industrial equipment or construction machinery. Experience with forklifts, aerial platforms, or roadwork equipment is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients or partners, Knowledge of Mandarin is essential.
- Strong understanding of the construction equipment industry and ability to identify market opportunities.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, with strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Able to work under pressure and travel as needed.
- Ability to understand mechanical functions and discuss technical solutions with customers is an advantage.
