Job Description & Requirements
- Assign and communicate daily schedule for local logistics.
- Review of daily progress on sale and in the warehouse.
- Provide supervision of all departmental activities.
- Keep capacity management for internal and external customers.
- Supervise the received deliveries and ensure appropriate storage location of goods
- Receive incoming shipments and deliveries and verify for accuracy of quantity and quality
- Verify sort food items according to their type properly.
- Check the packing of food products by mixing up of various combinations and proportions of spices which could bring a good quality and flavour of masala powders and various spices powders are in correct proportion.
- Preparation and handling of day-to-day documents for delivery and receiving of goods.
- Understand delivery instructions from director and packing requirements by customers.
- Monitor quality and quantity of food items. Inspecting stock items for defects and report to management.
- Support regional sales team on supplier and material sourcing by identifying and qualifying new supplier and material
- Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
- Actively working towards meeting the company's sales targets by sourcing and securing new sales
- promoting the increase of purchases from existing customers
- To effectively organize sales/ account management meetings with customers or prospects.
- Support the development of strategies, plans, and marketing materials to promote the company's business,
- To support the fulfilment of agreements between the company and the customers
