Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for developing, maintaining, and expanding all sales channels (retail, group-buy leaders, small B2B, etc.) in Singapore.
  • Achieve annual sales and payment collection targets in line with team goals.
  • Expand and manage local offline retail resources to build a strong sales network.
  • Build and manage a community-based distribution system (group-buy leaders/distributors) to drive viral sales.
  • Support local events (tastings, pop-ups, promotional campaigns) to enhance brand visibility.
  • Maintain customer relationships, oversee payment collection, and handle after-sales and urgent issues.
  • Track sales progress, collect data, generate reports, and conduct performance analysis.
  • Use data insights (sales reports, conversion rates, distributor profiles) to refine sales tactics and channel strategies.
Requirements
  • Experience in alcoholic beverage sales; familiarity with Singapore or Southeast Asian markets is a plus.
  • Strong business development skills with ability to independently manage sales channels.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office for sales data reporting and analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong execution, and ability to work under pressure with a results-driven mindset.
