JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in surface treatment, chemical, or processing industries - particularly in areas such as electroplating - and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading business development activities, identifying new market opportunities, and supporting customers with technical and commercial solutions. You will work closely with internal teams to drive revenue growth, deliver excellent customer service, and uphold our company’s reputation in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand market presence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Generate sales forecasts, conduct market analysis, and identify growth opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service
  • Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and commercial terms
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management
Requirements
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant sales experience in the surface treatment, chemical, or processing industries (experience in electroplating is highly advantageous)
  • Strong business development capabilities with proven sales achievements
