A leading sales company located in Singapore is seeking an individual to implement sales plans and engage with various retailers on a daily basis. The role involves collecting orders, payments, understanding customer needs, and resolving issues related to product shortage or quality. Ideal candidates should possess sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to effectively gather customer feedback. To implement the company’s sales plans as communicated by management.
To visit various retailers in Singapore on daily basis and find out their requirements and collect orders and communicate same to office for necessary action.
To collect payments from retailers for goods sold to them by the company.
To understand the customer's requirements on products and pricing and communicte same to management
To introduce new products sold by the Company to the customers
To gather the customer’s feedback/complaints and inform the management and resolve same
To resolve issues of product shortage or quality by communicating with customers in proactive amnner
To report to the management on the sales performance on weekly basis.
Responsible for collection of market receivables.
Attend meeting with Company suppliers and give feedback on their product demand in market.
Any other duties allotted to you as may seem appropriate to the management
