Responsibilities
  • Handles upper and lower trade
  • In charge of developing sales and marketing strategy including marketing initiatives, business development opportunities, new market entry plan and analysis, budget and timeline
  • Provide leadership, direction and strategies to meet sales and profit targets
  • Pro-actively innovate and respond to market needs
  • To manage and build relationships with customers and distributors
  • To enable negotiations regarding price variations, customer specification and promotional mechanisms.
  • Evaluate local distribution needs and distribution networks to maximize sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure review on debtors’ ageing are under control.
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Marketing / Business / Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 3- 5 years of Business Development experience in FMCG and Food Services/ previous related working experience as a marketing role in sales and marketing.
  • Strong in customer relationship management and networking
  • Strong in IT literate in MS Excel/ Microsoft Office Applications
  • Strong in presentation skills
  • Good command of English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced with high level of self- motivation and determination in dynamic environment
  • Posses a class 3 vehicle license
  • Excellent problem-solver, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
